Abstract (Croatian)

Kroz ovaj rad izrađeno je funkcionalno rotacijsko crtalo prema uzoru na CNC sustave. Rad se ugrubo moţe podijeliti u tri dijela. Prvi dio je sama konstrukcija rotacijskog crtala, u kojem su dimenzionirani i odabrani elementi za prijenos snage i gibanja te su odabrani leţajevi i vodilice. Uz sve to prikazan je i CAD model cijeloga crtala. U drugom su dijelu predstavljeni elektronički elementi pomoću kojih se upravlja rotacijskim crtalom. Dok su u trećem, objašnjeni algoritmi upravljanja te je implementirana kaskadna regulacija pozicije i brzine za pojedine osi crtala. Također, implementirani su interpreter te linearni i kruţni interpolator u mikrokontroleru prema uzoru na CNC sustave. Na kraju su dani odzivi i rezultati ispisa probne slike.

Abstract

Through this paper functional rotary plotter was made, according to the CNC systems. Paper can be divided into three sections. The first section is the construction itself, in which elements for power and motion transfer are dimensioned and selected, as well as bearings and guides. Also the CAD model of entire rotary plotter is shown. In the second section electronic components are presented, by which rotary plotter is controlled. While in the third section control algorithms are explained, and cascade structure of position and velocity control loops are implemented for each axis separately. Also, interpreter, linear and circular interpolator are implemented in the microcontroller, according to the CNC systems. At the end of the paper, results of trial plot, and responses of axis are given.
