Abstract (Croatian)

Aditivne tehnologije počele su se razvijati kako bi se zadovoljilo tržište. Neki od najvažnijih zahtjeva današnjeg tržišta su povišenje kvalitete proizvoda uz istodobno sniženje troškova, vremena razvoja i proizvodnje. Uz aditivnu tehnologiju razvili su se niskobudžetni 3D printeri koji rade na principu taložnog očvršćivanja. U ovome radu objašnjen je postupak taložnog očvršćivanja. Navedeni su prednosti i nedostaci primjene, te mogući problemi i rješenja prilikom izrade proizvoda tim postupkom. Poznavanje parametara izrade temelj je za izradu kvalitetnog proizvoda. Težište ovoga rada bilo je na parametrima ispune i konture, jer su ti parametri obrađivani u eksperimentalnom dijelu. Eksperimentalni dio rada sastojao se od izrade ispitnih tijela na KLONER3D printeru, a zatim je uslijedilo ispitivanje čvrstoće raznih kombinacija gustoće ispune i debljine konture. Kombinacije i broj stanja pokusa dobivene su centralno – kompozitnim planom pokusa pomoću programskog paketa DesignExpert.

Abstract

Additive technologies began to develop with a reason of feeding the market. The most important market claims nowadays are raising the products quality with reducing costs, development and manufacturing time simultaneously. With the development of additive technology, low-budget 3D printers that work on principle of fused deposition modeling also evolved. This thesis explains the method of fused deposition modeling (FDM). Advantages, disadvantages and possible problems in the product development using this application are mentioned, and solutions are provided. Knowing the production parameters is the basis for making a high quality product. This thesis focus is on infill and contour parameters, because these parameters were processed in experimental part. The experimental thesis part consisted of making test pieces on the KLONER3D printer accompanied with a strength test of various combinations of infill density and contour thickness. Combinations and number of experiments were obtained by using a central - composite experiment plan of the DesignExpert program package.
