Abstract (Croatian)
Mehaničko prigušivanje viskoelastičnih materijala u blizini staklišta ovisi o temperaturi i frekvenciji. Na primjeru poli(vinil-alkohola) uz pomoć dinamičko-mehaničkih ispitivanja analiziran je utjecaj frekvencije na mehanički spektar. Polimerne folije ispitane su pri dinamičkom rasteznom opterećenju frekvencijama od 1 Hz, 10 Hz, 50 Hz i 100 Hz na temperaturnom području od 20 ° C do 200 ° C. Rezultati ispitivanja pokazali su da se modul pohrane povećava s frekvencijom, a prijelaz stakla do gume odvija se pri višim temperaturama u usporedbi s ispitivanjem pri niskoj frekvenciji.
Abstract
The mechanical damping of viscoelastic materials near the glass to rubber transition depends on the temperature and frequency. On the example of poly(vinyl alcohol) the effect of frequency on mechanical spectra is studied by means of dynamic-mechanical analysis. A dynamic tensile load was applied on polymer films at frequencies of 1 Hz, 10 Hz, 50 Hz and 100 Hz at a temperature range from 20 °C to 200 °C. The results of the tests showed that the storage modulus increased with frequency and the glass to rubber transition took place at higher temperatures compared to low-frequency testing.
