Abstract (Croatian)

Tijekom rada pojašnjeno je djelovanje trenja u raznim tehnološkim procesima oblikovanja deformiranjem, te utjecaj trenja na pojedini proces, bio on poželjan ili nepoželjan. Kako trenje svakodnevno susrećemo, često trošimo energiju kako bi svladali njegovo djelovanje. Trenje u strojarstvu, odnosno u raznim proizvodnim procesima može imati štetan učinak, ali isto tako može znatno pridonijeti lakšoj i učinkovitoj provedbi nekog procesa. Vrlo važno je poznavati veličinu, odnosno iznos koeficijenta trenja. Poznavanje vrijednosti koeficijenta trenja omogućava lakše vođenje pojedinih procesa. Vrijednost koeficijenta trenja ovisi o materijalima koji su u dodiru, te o kvaliteti, odnosno hrapavosti dodirnih ploha. Prilikom oblikovanja metala deformiranjem, trenje se javlja u obliku kontaktnog trenja, a definira se kao otpor koji pružaju dva tijela u međusobnom kontaktu. Kao takvo narušava kvalitetu obrađivane površine, te uzrokuje oštećenja na alatu. Utjecaj trenja na sam proces može se smanjiti korištenjem raznih mazivih sredstava, čime se mogu smanjiti neželjene posljedice. Najčešće korištena mazivna sredstva su: mineralna maziva ulja, mazive masti, te čvrsta maziva. Odabir mazivnog sredstva ovisi o: vrsti procesa, temperaturi, te o materijalima koji se obrađuju. Određivanje vrijednosti faktora trenja moguće je iz poznatog izraza za deformacijsku silu ili eksperimentalnim načinom koji je detaljnije obrađen u samom radu.

Abstract

In this thesis the friction effect that occurs during the different metal forming processes is clarified, as well as the friction influence on each single process, regardless of the friction desirability. Since the friction is met on daily basis, an additional energy is often spent to overcome it. Friction in mechanical engineering, i.e. in different production processes has a harmful effect, but it could also significantly contribute to easier and more efficient implementation of the process. It is of great importance to know the amount of the friction coefficient. By knowing the amount of friction coefficient, easier process management is enabled. The value of the friciton coefficient depends on type of the materials that are in mutual contact, as well as on the roughness of the surfaces that are in mutual contact. During the metal forming process, friction occurs in the form of contact friction and is defined as the resistance that results from two bodies in mutual contact. As such a phenomenon it damages the quality of treated surface and causes the tool damage. Influence of the friction on the process can be reduced by using various lubricants, thus reducing unwanted consequences. The most commonly used lubricants are: mineral lubricating oil, grease and solid lubricants. Determination the friction factor value is possible by using the deformation force expression or via experiment which is described in this thesis.
