Abstract (Croatian)

Glavna tema ovog diplomskog rada je projektiranje klimatizacijskog sustava za prostor trgovine ukupne korisne površine 1900 m2. Trgovina se nalazi u sklopu trgovačkog centra na području grada Rijeke. Prostor trgovine dijeli se na dvije zone, prostor prodaje i pomoćne prostorije. Za svaku od navedenih zona uvodi se zaseban klimatizacijski sustav izveden u zračno-vodenoj izvedbi, međusobno neovisan. Ukupni toplinski gubici i toplinska opterećenja trgovine u potpunosti se pokrivaju vodenim sustavom. Unutar vodenog sustava prodajnog prostora cirkulira otopina etilen-glikola s masenim udjelom od 25%. Kao ogrjevna/rashladna tijela predviđeni su ventilokonvektori u parapetnoj i stropnoj izvedbi. Temperaturni režim vode za grijanje iznosi 35/30°C. Za potrebe hlađenja cirkulira voda režima 7/12°C. Kao izvor topline koriste se dvije dizalice topline zrak-voda smještene na ravnom krovu trgovačkog centra. Zračni sustavi trgovine koriste se za potrebe ventilacije i održavanja kvalitete zraka. Za zonu prodajnog prostora predviđena je vanjska klimatizacijska jedinica smještena na ravnom krovu. Klimatizacijska jedinica radi s promjenjivim protokom zraka. Projektni dobavni protok zraka iznosi 9600 m3/h, a odsisni protok 8600 m3/h. Za potrebe ventilacije pomoćnih prostorija ugrađuje se rekuperatorska jedinica podstropno u hodnik. Dobavni i odsisni protoci su konstantni i jednaki te iznose 950 m3/h. Sanitarne prostorije imaju zasebnu odsisnu ventilaciju s konstantnim protokom iznosa 250 m3/h. Odsisni ventilator uključuje se u rad s dobivenim signalom od senzora prisutnosti. Uz tehničke proračune, koji definiraju izbor opreme, prilaže se funkcionalna shema spajanja sustava i shema automatske regulacije te crteži kojima se definira raspored i montaža opreme.

Abstract

The main topic of this master's thesis is the design of an air conditioning system, which is to be used in a department store with a total usable floor area of 1900 m2. The department store is located within a shopping mall in the city of Rijeka. The interior of the store is divided into two zones, a sales zone and an auxiliary rooms zone. Each of these two zones has its own separate air-water air conditioning system. Both the total heat losses and heat loads of the department store are fully covered by the water system. Within the sales zone water distribution system, a solution of ethylene glycol is circulated with a by weight percentage of 25%. Cassette and floor fan coils are used as inside heating and cooling units. The temperature regime of water in heating mode is 35/30°C. For cooling purposes, water circulates at a temperature regime of 7/12°C. Two air to water heat pumps, located on the flat roof, are used for heating or cooling water. Air systems of the department store are used for ventilation purposes and maintenance of interior air quality. Fresh air is delivered to the sales area by a central air handling unit, which is located on the flat roof. The supply air volume flow rate is 9600 m3/h, while the return volume flow rate is 8600 m3/h. For the auxiliary rooms ventilation purposes, a heat recovery unit is installed inside the corridors suspended ceiling. Both the supply and return air volume flow rates are constant and equal to 950 m3/h. The sanitary rooms have a separate exhaust ventilation with a constant volume flow rate of 250 m3/h. The duct fan is switched on by a signal from the presence sensor. Alongside the technical calculations, which define the equipment choice, functional and control system schemes are attached, as well as drawings that define the arrangement and installation of the equipment.
