Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom je radu ispitan utjecaj dodatnih materijala, zaštitnih plinova i postupka zavarivanja na karakteristike zavarenog spoja čelika AISI 316L i AISI 321. U teorijskom dijelu su dani osnovni podaci o austenitnim nehrđajućim čelicima, dodatnim materijalima za zavarivanje te o postupcima zavarivanja s naglaskom na MAG (Metal Active Gas) i TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) postupak zavarivanja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu provedeno je zavarivanje pet uzoraka kombinacijom zavarivanja TIG i MAG praškom punjenom žicom, sa dva različita zaštitna plina i tri različita dodatna materijala. Osnovni materijali su austenitni nehrđajući čelici oznake AISI 316L i AISI 321, a dodatni materijali su žice proizvođača Böhler oznake SAS 2-IG, EAS 4 M-IG i SAS 2 PW-FD. Nakon zavarivanja pripremljeni su uzorci na kojima je provedeno ispitivanje na temelju kojeg su doneseni zaključci o utjecaju dodatnog materijala, postupka zavarivanja i zaštitnog plina na mehanička svojstva zavarenog spoja.

Abstract

This thesis describes the influence of filler materials, shielding gases and types of welding procedures intended for welding austenitic steels. The theoretical part presents basic information about austenitic stainless steels, filler materials and welding processes with special emphasis on FCAW and TIG welding processes. The experimental part is carried out on five different samples with TIG and FCAW welding processes with two different shielding gases and three different filler materials. Base materials are austenitic stainless steels grade AISI 316L and AISI 321, welded with Böhler filler materials SAS 2-IG, EAS 4 M-IG and SAS 2 PW-FD. After welding, samples were investigated in order to determine influence of the filler materials, shielding gas and type of welding process on mechanical properties of weld.
