Dolaskom nove direktive 2014/15/EU, novi zahtjevi se moraju primjeniti na tehničke preglede vozila. U ovom radu se posebna pozornost posvetila izmjenama vezanim za tehnički pregled kočnica vozila najveće dopuštene mase iznad 3,5 tone. Dosadašnji način ispitivanja se radio na praznom vozilu, što je kod ispitivanja kočnica davalo silu kočenja za prazno vozilo. Nova direktiva zahtjeva da se vozilo optereti nekom vrstom opterećenja da se dobije veći pritisak na ispitivanu osovinu, te time i veću silu kočenja. Takvim načinom ispitivanja kočnica dobivaju se realniji uvjeti kočenja vozila, jer takva vozila su u većini svog radnog vremena opterećeni nekim teretom. Iz tog razloga se pristupilo izradi konstrukcijskog rješenja koji se može primjeniti na ispitne valjke koji se nalaze u stanicama tehničkog pregleda, da bi se mogla ispuniti direktiva. Na tržištu se nalaze uređaji koji ispunjavaju direktivu, odnosno normu ISO 21069, te je napravljena financijska usporedba tih uređaja sa ugradnjom razrađenog konstrukcijskog rješenja.

Abstract

Directive 2014/15/EU regarding brake inspection for a vehicle with total mass over 3,5 tonnes at Periodical Test Inspection (PTI) on roller testers has introduced new requests. According to the current regulations, brake testing is performed on an emptyvehicle, what results with measurement of brake force for the empty vehicle. New directive 2014/15/EU demands better similarity with the real conditions where vehicles are most of their work time loaded with some cargo. Because of that, during the PTI vehicle is loaded with an additional load which imitates cargo load. In that way, brake test can give more realistic results on brake force. On the market, there are already devices that fulfil new directive requirements, but their price is significant. The main idea and task of the thesis was development and design of a new lifting device which can use existing brake rollers already installed in PTI station with relatively small changes. The main purpose of the device is to simulate cargo load due to lift of whole brake roller. In that way requirements of the Directive can be fulfiled at significantly lower cost. Prices of the newly designed device were compared with the price of load simulator construction available on the market.
