Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom diplomskom radu opisan je postupak umjeravanja mjernih instrumenata sukladno zahtjevima međunarodnih normi DIN 863, ISO 463, ISO 13225 na zahtjev umjernog laboratorija Laboring iz Zagreba koji želi proširiti svoje akreditacijsko područje. Laboratorij Laboring akreditirani je umjerni laboratorij prema normi HRN EN ISO/IEC 17025 pa je zbog toga u prvom dijelu detaljno opisana ta norma. U drugom dijelu dan je kratak opis organizacijske sheme, radnog prostora te matrice odgovornosti unutar laboratorija Laboring. U trećem dijelu razrađeni su postupci za umjeravanje trokrakih mikrometara, mjernih ura te visinomjera. U svakoj uputi zorno je prikazan opis mjernog sredstva sa svim bitnim dijelovima te popis sredstava koje je potrebno rabiti pri umjeravanju. Uputa opisuje kako iskazati mjernu nesigirnost kod umjeravanja, koji uvjeti okoline moraju biti zadovoljeni da bi umjeravanje bilo pravovaljano te detaljno opisuje kako pravilno ispuniti potvrdu o umjeravanju. U prilogu su dani radni listovi za umjeravanje trokrakog mikrometra, mjerne ure te visinomjera.

Abstract

This master’s thesis describes the procedure of calibration of measuring instruments according to requirements of DIN 863, ISO 463, ISO 13225 international standards on request of calibration laboratory “Laboring” from Zagreb, that wants to expand its accreditation area. Laboratory “Laboring” is an accredited calibration laboratory according to HRN EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard, therefore the first section describes this standard in detail. The second section gives a short description of organizational scheme, work space and responsibility matrix within “Laboring” laboratory. The third section elaborates the procedures for the calibration of three-point internal micrometer, dial gauges and height gauges. Every instruction clearly describes the measuring instrument with all the important segments and the list of instruments that must be used during the calibration. The instruction describes how to state measurement uncertainty in calibration; which environmental conditions must be satisfied for calibration to be valid, and describes in detail how to fill in the calibration certificate right. Work sheets for calibration of three-point internal micrometer, dial gauges and height gauge are enclosed.
