U radu je provedena tehno-ekonomska analiza postojećeg rashladnog postrojenja za potrebe hlađenja i ventilacije poslovne zgrade Auto Hrvatske u Heinzelovoj ulici 70 u Zagrebu s ciljem određivanja konačne cijene proizvedene rashladne energije. U prvom dijelu rada napravljen je tehnički opis strojarske instalacije zgrade, opisan je i prikazan način proizvodnje, distribucije i potrošnje rashladne energije. U drugom dijelu rada su prikupljeni i obrađeni mjereni podaci o potrošnji isporučene električne energije i proizvedene rashladne energije zgrade. Cjelokupna analiza godišnje potrošnje električne i rashladne energije napravljena je za period od studenog 2016. do listopada 2017. godine obzirom da su isključivo za taj period bila dostupna satna očitanja kalorimetra u zgradi. Godišnja potrošnja isporučene električne energije svih rashladnika je 473.120 kWh, a godišnja proizvedena rashladna energija je 671.028 kWh. Prema vrijednostima godišnje potrošnje električne energije i proizvedene rashladne energije proračunati faktor sezonske energetske učinkovitosti hlađenja (SEER) iznosi 1,42. Proračun cijene proizvedene rashladne energije napravljen je za razdoblje od 20 godina i iznosi 2,71 kn/kWh rashladne energije.

Abstract

This thesis presents a technical and economic analysis of the existing electrically driven water chillers for the purpose of Autohrvatska business building air conditioning, located in Heinzelova Street 70 in Zagreb. The aim is to determine the final price of the produced cooling energy. A technical description of the mechanical installation of the building was made in the first part of the thesis. The metods of production, distribution and consumption of cooling energy were described and presented. In the second part of the thesis the measured data on the consumption of the delivered electricity and the produced cooling energy of the building were collected and processed . The overall analysis of the annual electricity and cooling energy consumption was made for the period from November 2016 to October 2017, since calorimeters data were available for only that period. The annual consumption of the delivered electric energy of all water chillers is 473.120 kWh, and the annual produced cooling energy is 671.028 kWh. According to the values of annual electricity consumption and the produced cooling energy the calculated seasonal energy efficiency ratio (SEER) is 1.42. The price calculation of the produced cooling energy was made for the period of 20 years and it amounts to 2.71 kn / kWh of cooling energy.
