Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu prikazana je provedba analize moguće solarizacije energetskih sustava uz modele financiranja prema „Zimskom paketu“ Europske Unije. Analiza je napravljena na primjeru otoka Korčule. U prvom dijelu rada opisane su karakteristike funkcioniranja energetskih zadruga i lokalne energetske zajednice, a dan je i pregled drugih oblika promocije OIE. Razvijeni su modeli prema kojima je izračunata isplativost postavljanja fotonaponskih sustava za karakteristične skupine potrošača. Dan je pregled podataka o potrošnji karakterističnih skupina i ostalih podataka na osnovu kojih je izračunata isplativost modela. U drugom dijelu prikazani su rezultati analize o utjecaju članstva u energetskim zadrugama i lokalnim energetskim zajednicama na isplativost postavljanja fotonaponskih sustava za karakteristične skupine. Izračunate su potrebne površine, broj novootvorenih radnih mjesta te isplativost u slučaju solarizacije svakog stambenog i radnog objekta na otoku Korčuli. Analiziran je utjecaj električnih vozila na poslovni model za različite vrste punjenja električnih vozila te su pokazane uštede za kućanstvo za različite kombinacije korištenja fotonaponskog sustava s električnim vozilom. Pokazano je da je najisplativije projekt instaliranja fotonaponskog sustava na krov kućanstva realizirati kroz model članstva u energetskoj zadruzi (IRR = 12,82 %), dok električno vozilo ne utječe znatno na isplativost projekta (iznos IRR-a se za različite načine punjenja EV-a kreće od 12,50 % do 13,20 %). Izračunato je da bi se solarizacijom otoka Korčule uz uvjete i pretpostavke izražene u ovom radu, stvorila potreba za 8 novih radnih mjesta na puno vrijeme. Zaključeno je da energetske zadruge mogu imati povoljan utjecaj na solarizaciju otoka, ali da postoji još prostora za napredak, prvenstveno kroz uvođenje modela neto mjerenja (engl. net metering).

Abstract

In this paper, an analysis of possible solarisation of energy systems based on financial models presented in Winter package of European Union has been demonstrated. The analysis was conducted for the island of Korčula. In the first part, a functioning of the renewable energy cooperatives and local energy communities have been described, along with other forms of RES promotion. Models for calculating a profitability of PV systems for specific groups of consumers were developed. Overview of energy consumption data for specific groups of consumers and other data for calculating model profitability was given. In the second part of the paper, results of analysis of RES cooperative memberships impact on the profitability of PV projects have been presented. Required area for installation of PV systems, number of new full-time jobs and profitability in case of solarisation of every residential and working facility of the island of Korčula were calculated. Influence of electric vehicles on the business model for several types of EV charging was analysed and household savings for different combinations of PV and EV use were shown. It was shown that the most profitable way of installing PV system on a household is through a model of RES cooperative membership (IRR = 12,82 %) and that the use of EV in the household has a negligible impact on the profitability of the project (IRR varies from 12,50 % to 13,20 % for different types of EV charging). It was calculated that with the solarisation of the island of Korčula based on conditions and assumptions described in this paper, a need for 8 new full-time jobs will be created. The conclusion is that the RES cooperatives could have a positive impact on the solarisation of islands, but there is still some room for improvements, especially through the introduction of a net-metering model.
