Abstract (Croatian)

Diplomski rad prikazuje sve bitne faze kroz koje se prolazi prilikom instalacije dizalice topline. Najprije se daje pregled legislative u području dizalica topline, a potom predstavlja proračun dizalice topline voda – voda za grijanje i hlađenje hotela Hvar u Jelsi. Također, ukratko je objašnjen proračun godišnjeg faktora učinkovitosti pomoću računalnog programa Energetski certifiktor te je naposljetku izvršena tehno – ekonomska analiza. Pregled legislative uključuje odluku o utvrđivanju smjernica za države članice o izračunu obnovljive energije iz različitih tehnologija dizalica topline u skladu s člankom 5. Direktive 2009/28/EZ Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća, pregled hrvatskih zakona vezanih uz iskorištavanje voda te pregled dosadašnjih poticaja za obnovljive izvore. Potrebna toplinska energija za grijanje određuje se prema normi HRN EN ISO 13790. Proračunom je dobivena ukupna godišnja toplinska energija za grijanje zgrade u iznosu od 677704 kWh, odnosno 84 kWh/(m2god) što hotel svrstava u energetski razred C. Izračun sezonske učinkovitosti dizalice topline pomoću programa Energetski certifikator vrši se na način da se u program unose karakteristike hotela. Na temelju dobivenih podataka program proračunava potrebnu toplinsku energiju za grijanje, što se kasnije koristi za proračunavanje termotehničkog sustava. Dobivena sezonska učinkovitost (SPF) dizalice topline je 4,01. Provedena energetsko-ekonomska analiza dizalice topline voda-voda koja ukazuje na izrazito visoke investicijske troškove sustava. Usprkos tome, kako hotel trenutno nema rashladni sustav, dizalica topline pokazala se kao isplativije rješenje u odnosu na VRV sustav.

Abstract

Paper presents all the essential phases for the installation of heat pump. First, legislative review of heat pumps is given and then the calculation of water to water heat pump system for heating and cooling in hotel Hvar, Jelsa. A calculation of seasonal performance factor using a computer program “Energetski certifikator” is briefly explained, and finally techno – economic analysis is provided. Legislative review includes establishing the guidelines for Member States on calculating renewable energy from heat pumps from different heat pump technologies pursuant to Article 5 of Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. Croatian laws which regard the usage of water and renewable energy stimulus are also a subject of this paper. Required thermal energy for heating is determined by the HRN EN ISO 13970 norm. Total thermal energy required for facade heating was determined to be 677704 kWh or 84 kWh/m2a, putting the hotel energy efficiency to category C. To determine the heat pump efficiency using software „Energetski certifikator“, characteristics of the hotel are inserted into the program and the required thermal energy for heating is given as a result. This result is then used to calculate the thermotechnical system leading to the heat pump seasonal performance factor of 4,01. Finally, energy-economic analysis of the water to water heat pump was conducted. The analysis showed pronouncedly high investment needs for such a system. Nevertheless, considering the fact that the hotel currently doesn't have a cooling system, heat pump proves to be cost-effective compared to VRV system.
