Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je izveden matematički model dinamike termohidrauličkih procesa, prikazani su rezultati simulacije rada parnog kotla, vatrocijevnog (dimocijevnog) tipa, koji se montira projektom modernizacije postrojenja koje isporučuje toplinsku energiju u centralizirani toplinski sustav. Parni kotao se koristi za pokrivanje vršnih opterećenja. Za potrebe rada razrađen je pojednostavljeni matematički model preko kojeg su izražene promjene temperature dimnih plinova, vode, stijenke cijevi i pare. Rezultatima simulacije prikazuje se promjena tlaka i temperature u kotlu u upuštanju kotla u pogon (hladni i topli start) i kod rada pri promjenjivom opterećenju.. Pri nazivnom opterećenju može se proizvoditi 12,5 t/h pregrijane pare. Pregrijana para ima parametre tlaka i temperature od 15 bara pretlaka i 300°C.

Abstract

The paper presents a mathematical model of the dynamics of thermohydraulic processes, the simulation results of steam boiler in operation, which is installed for a project of modernization of the heat supply system to the district heating system. The steam boiler is used to cover peak loads. For the purposes of the work, a simplified mathematical model has been developed, through which the changes in flue gas, water, pipe and vapor wall temperature are expressed. The simulation results show the change of pressure and temperature in the boiler in the boiler mode (cold and warm start) and at operation at variable loads. At nominal load, 12,5 t/h of superheated steam can be produced. The superheated steam has pressure and temperature settings of 15 bar and 300 ° C.
