Abstract (Croatian)

U sklopu ovog rada je predstavljena konstrukcijska izvedba funkcionalnog sklopivog kreveta koji je ponajprije namijenjen stambenim prostorima male kvadrature te potencijalno studentskim domovima. Prvi korak pri izradi rada je analiza tržišta gdje su izdvojene glavne karakteristike funkcionalnih sklopivih kreveta. Također, u sklopu analize tržišta provedena je i analiza tipova mehanizama koji se koriste kod sklopivih kreveta. Budući da je u sklopu rada potrebno analizirati kinematiku, provedena je i verifikacija kinematske analize u programu SolidWorks i to na dva primjera za koje je izračunato analitičko rješenje. Napravljen je i pregled materijala te načina spajanja koji dolaze u obzir kod sklopivih kreveta. Nakon toga se pristupilo analizi i vrednovanju koncepata te se s odabranim konceptom krenulo u detaljnu razradu. Glavni elementi su dimenzionirani odgovarajućim analitičkim proračunima. Nakon toga je napravljana analiza kinemtike cijelog sklopa u programu SolidWorks te analiza čvrstoće i krutosti kritičnih dijelova u programskom paketu Abaqus.

Abstract

In this thesis, an implementation of a functional folding bed design intended to be used particularly for small square footage or potentially for student dormitories has been introduced. First step in the design phase of the thesis was conducting a market analysis where the main characteristics of functional folding beds have been sorted out. Furthermore, in the market analysis was also conducted a mechanisms type analysis to find out which ones are commonly used at folding beds. Since one of the thesis topics was kinematics analysis, a verification of kinematics analysis in SolidWorks was conducted on two models with an analytical solution as well. A material and joining methods review which come to mind at folding beds, has been carried out. Afterwards, an analysis was carried out as well as the concept evaluation which was later used to conduct a detailed elaboration. The main elements were sized with an appropriate calculation. Subsequently, a kinematics analysis of the whole assembly in SolidWorks accomplished with an afterwards strength and stiffness of the most critical parts in Abaqus.
