Abstract (Croatian)

Kako bismo zadovoljili današnje energetske potrebe i potrebe očuvanja okoliša, čovječanstvo zadnjih nekoliko desetljeća aktivnije koristi alternative izvore energije kao što su Sunce i vjetar za proizvodnju električne energije. Ovakvi izvori energije zahtijevaju preustroj tržišta električne energije zbog svoje varijabilne proizvodnje. Preustroj tržišta nametnuo je nove zahtjeve na dinamičnije ponašanje njegovih sudionika. U ovom radu dan je pregled zahvata kojima se mogu zadovoljiti ti zahtjevi. S ciljem detaljnije analize spomenutih zahvata napravljen je i matematički model pogona bloka snage 210 MW koji uključuje i matematički model mlina ugljena te model vođenja. Ponašanje postrojenja pri različitim strategijama vođenja bloka ispitano je nizom računalnih simulacija, što je omogućilo njihovu usporedbu i izbor najboljeg rješenja. Temeljem dobivenih rezultata analizirana je mogućnost sudjelovanja na tržištu pomoćnih usluga.

Abstract

To meet today's energy needs and the need for environmental conservation, for the last few decades humanity has used more alternative energy sources such as Sun and wind for electricity production. Such energy sources require a reconstruction of the electricity market due to its variable production. Market reshuffle imposed new demands on the more dynamic behavior of its participants. This paper gives an overview of the interventions that can meet these requirements. With a purpose of a more detailed analysis of the mentioned interventions, a mathematical model of powerplants load behavior based on a 210 MW powerplant was developed, including a mathematical model of coal mills and a model of control. Powerplant behavior in different blocks management strategies was tested in a series of computer simulations, which enabled mutual comparison and selection of the best solution. Based on the obtained results, the possibility of participating in the auxiliary services market was analyzed.
