Abstract (Croatian)

Za potrebe hlađenja u industriji vina projektiran je rashladnik kapljevine učinka hlađenja 15 kW. Radna tvar je propan R290, odabrana prema suvremenim smjernicama s obzirom na zaštitu okoliša. Kao posredni prijenosnik energije koristi se glikolna smjesa temperaturnog režima -3,5°/-6,5°C. Kondenzator rashladnika kapljevine hlađen je okolišnim zrakom. Uređaj radi kao dizalica topline. Načinjen je termodinamički proračun komponenti rashladnika kapljevine kao i proračun dimenzija cjevovoda za strujanje radne tvari i glikolne smjese. Također, izrađene se sheme spajanja i automatske regulacije rashladnog agregata uz radionički crtež kondenzatora i dispozicijski crtež rashladnika kapljevine.

Abstract

For refrigeration purposes in the wine industry, a chiller with nominal power of 15 kW is designed. The working substance is propane R290, selected according to current environmental protection guidelines. As a secondary energy carrier, the glycolic mixture of the temperature regime -3,5 ° / -6,5 ° C is used. The chiller condenser is cooled by ambient air. The device works as a heat pump. The thermodynamic calculation of the chiller components were made as well as the dimension of the pipeline for the flow of the working substance and the glycol mixture. Also, there is automated regulation diagram of the refrigerant unit along with the worksheet drawing and the dispositional drawing of the chiller.
