Abstract (Croatian)

Tema ovog završnog rada je konstruiranje slijednog alata za izradu nosača žice. Opisani su svi procesi oblikovanja, tehnike štancanja i svi dijelovi alata koji oblikuju željeni proizvod, u tehničkoj dokumentaciji prikazani su radionički crteži i sklopni crteži. Provedbom proračuna provjerio se i potvrdio odabir stroja kako bi se alat mogao koristiti bez ikakvih smetnji.

Abstract

This final thesis deals with the topic of design of a progressive tool for wire carrier production. All forming processes, including die-stamping techniques and all product shaping parts of the tool are described. Assemblies of each part are shown in technical documentation, as well as final assembly. By making necessary calculations the machine of choice was examined and verified as the right option for the uninterrupted usage of the tool.
