Abstract (Croatian)
U uvodnom teorijskom dijelu rada opisani su roboti za MAG zavarivanje. Navedeni su glavni dijelovi robota za zavarivanje kao i način na koji se programiraju. Opisani su i dodatni dijelovi robotske stanice koji poboljšavaju sam proces robotiziranog zavarivanja. Nadalje, opisan je MAG postupak zavarivanja te njegovi parametri. Također, analizirane su opcije automatizacije i robotizacije tog postupka. Detaljno je obrađena i robotska stanica koja se nalazi u Laboratoriju za zavarivanje te su navedene osnovne značajke tog sustava. U eksperimentalnom dijelu izrađen je robotski program za robotizirano MAG zavarivanje zadane kompleksne konstrukcije. Određivanjem optimalne putanje alata i definiranjem ostalih parametara cilj je bio dobiti proces s maksimalnom produktivnošću. Na kraju, komentiranjem procesa i izrade programa zaključena je opravdanost robotiziranog MAG zavarivanja u odnosu na konvencionalno MAG zavarivanje.
Abstract
In the introductory part of this bachelor's thesis, robots for MAG welding are described. Also, the main parts of them are being described as well as the way of how are they programmed. Additional parts of robotic cells, which improve the process of robotic welding, are also included. Furthermore, MAG welding process and its parameters are described. The automation and robotization of this process were analyzed as well. A robotic station, which is located in welding Laboratory is elaborated too. In the experimental part of bachelor's thesis, a robotic programme for robotized MAG welding of complex construction was created. By determining the optimal path of the tool and defining other welding parameters, the goal was to get a process with maximum productivity. Finally, commenting on the process and programme design, justification of the robotized MAG welding is being compared to the conventional MAG welding.
