Abstract (Croatian)

Projektiranje tehnoloških procesa ima veliki utjecaj na ciklus proizvodnje, vremena izrade, troškove proizvodnje, rokove isporuke i, općenito, konkurentnost tvrtke. Definiranjem plana tehnoloških procesa, direktno se utječe na produktivnost, efikasnost i kvalitetu. Da bi se skratilo vrijeme projektiranja tehnoloških procesa, potrebno je uvesti računalnu potporu putem CAM aplikacije. Na temelju izradaka sličnih karakteristika tvori se tzv. grupa izradaka te se odabire reprezentanti dio putem pravila grupnih tehnologija. Definiranjem tehnološkog procesa za reprezentanti dio ima velik utjecaj za daljnju prilagodbu potrebnih tehnoloških procesa na ostalu grupu dijelova.

Abstract

The manufacturing process planning has a major impact on the production cycle, production times, production costs, delivery times and, in general, company competitiveness. Defining the plan of technological processes directly affects productivity, efficiency and quality. In other to shorten the time of designing technological processes, it is necessary to introduce computer support through the CAM application. Based on parts of similar characteristics of group of parts, through group technology rules a representative part of the group need to be chosen. Defining the technological process for the representative part has a great impact for further adaptation of the required technological processes to the other group of parts.
