Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom završnom radu su ukratko razmotrene vrste vitla, njihov način rada te osnovne karakteristike. Nakon uvodnog razmatranja prikazano je nekoliko koncepcijskih rješenja te je na temelju zadanih uvjeta odabrano najbolje rješenje. Potom je napravljen proračun i odabir standardnih komponenata mehanizma za dizanje i prihvat tereta. Nakon njih slijedi proračun čvrstoće odabranih komponenata nosive konstrukcije. Na kraju je odabran hidraulički motor i prijenosnik snage. CAD modeli i tehnička dokumentacija izrađeni su u programskom paketu SolidWorks. Tehnička dokumentacija se sastoji od sklopnog crteža vitla i radioničkih crteža nosive konstrukcije i bubnja.

Abstract

This final thesis takes a look at various types of winches, their modes of operation and basic features. After an introduction, several conceptual solutions are depicted, as well as the selected solution. This is followed by a calculation and the selection of standard components of a loadlifting mechanism. What comes next is the calculation of the strength of the selected components of the supporting structure. Finally, a hydraulic motor and transmission have been selected. CAD models and the technical documentation have been made with the SolidWorks software. The technical documentation consists of a conceptual design of the winch and a manufacturing sheet of the supporting structure and the drum.
