Abstract (Croatian)
Kada se izrađuju cjevovodi, gdje postoji velik broj spojeva cijevi, često ih je potrebno rezati tako da kontura odgovara konturi prodiranja. Stoga su prijenosni uređaji za krojenje krajeva cijevi od velike pomoći, zbog svoje jednostavne konstrukcije i manje cijene. Tema ovog završnog rada je osmisliti uređaj za krojenje krajeva cijevi rezanjem plazmom. Cilj je uređaj načiniti autonomnim i jednostavnim za korištenje te u što većoj mjeri paziti na sigurnost operatera. U uvodnom djelu rada opisat će se proces rezanja plazmom. Nakon toga slijedi analiza tržišta i pregled postojećih rješenja, analizom postojećih proizvoda i njihovih karakteristika pokušat ćemo dobiti smjernice za daljnji razvoj. Potom se vrši proračun osnovnih dijelova uređaja te izrada tehničke dokumentacije.
Abstract
When pipelines are made, where there is a large number of pipe joints, it is often necessary to cut the pipes so that the contour matches the contour of penetration. Therefor, portable cutting devices for pipe ends are of great help, due to their simple construction and low price. The theme of my thesis is to design a plasma cutting machine for the ends of the tube. The goal is to make authonomus device that is safe for the operator and easy to use. In the introductory part we will explain a plasma cutting process, followed by market analysis and review of existing solutions for our problem. By analyzing the existing products and their characteristics we will try to get directions for further development. After that the calculation of the basic parts of the device are carried out, as well as the technical documentation.
