Abstract (Croatian)
U radu je analizirana problematika odabira modernih tipova grijanja za stan u zgradi u gradu Splitu. Analiziran je stan koji se nalazi na rubu zgrade, u kontaktu s jednim grijanim stanom i negrijanim hodnikom. Napravljen je matematički proračun po normama HRN EN 12831 i HRN EN ISO 13790, kojima se odredilo toplinsko opterećenje stana i potrebna godišnja energija za grijanje. S obzirom na nedavnu plinofikaciju Splita, postavlja se pitanje mogućnosti implementacije plinskih kondenzacijskih bojlera, kao alternativa čestom i energetski neprihvatljivim načinom grijanja, električnom energijom. Napravljena je analiza investicijskih troškova za slučaj jednog i drugog načina grijanja, te analiza osjetljivosti, jer su cijene električne energije i plina podložne promjenama.
Abstract
The paper analyzes the problems of choosing modern types of heating for a flat in a building in the city of Split. An apartment located at the edge of the building was analyzed, in contact with one heated apartment and unheated corridor. A mathematical calculation was made according to norms HRN EN 12831 and HRN EN ISO 13790, which determined the thermal load of the apartment and the required annual heating energy. Given the recent gasification of Split, the question of the possibility of implementation of gas condensing boilers is being asked, as an alternative to frequent and energy unacceptable heating, using electricity. An analysis of investment costs in both cases was made, followed by sensitivity analysis due to electricity and gas prices unpredictability.
