Abstract (Croatian)
U završnom radu obrađena je tema aditivne proizvodnje žicom i električnim lukom (engl. Wire and Arch Additive Manufacturing – WAAM) aluminijskih legura. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i eksperimentalnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu objašnjena su osnovna načela postupka aditivne proizvodnje žicom i električnim lukom, navedeni su i opisani korišteni materijali koji se primjenjuju za ovaj postupak. Također, su detaljno obrađeni aluminij i njegove legure. Navedena su njegova svojstva i primjena. Posebno su obrađene legure AlMg i AlSi. U zadnjem dijelu teorijskog dijela objašnjeni su principi robotskog zavarivanja, potrebna oprema te vrste i izvedbe robota za zavarivanje koji se primjenjuju u suvremenoj industriji. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada određeni su optimalni parametri za aditivnu proizvodnju električnim lukom i žicom aluminijskih legura AlMg5 i AlMg4,5 Mn. Tijekom izrade WAAM zidova mjerene su njihove geometrijske značajke. Nakon izrade zidova izrezani su uzorci te su pripremljeni za analizu. Na kraju eksperimenta izmjerena je tvrdoća uzoraka.
Abstract
In this final paper, the topic of Wire and Arch Additive Manufacturing-WAAM aluminum alloys is discussd. The paper consists of a theoretical and experimental part. Theoretical part explains the basic principles of wire and arch additive manufacturing, there are listed and described materials which is used for this proces. Also, in detail are explainded aluminium and its alloys. Its propertiees and application are listed. AlMg and AlSi alloys are especially explainded. In the last part of the theoretical part, there are explained the principles of robot welding, the necessary equipment, and types and constructions of welding robots which are applied in modern industry. In the experimental part of the work, optimal parameters for Wire and Arch Additive Manufacturing of aluminium alloys AlMg5 and AlMg4,5 Mn were determined. Durning making WAAM walls were measured their geometric features. After making the walls, the samples were cut and prepared for analysis. At the end of the experiment, the hardness of the samples was measured.
