Abstract (Croatian)
Završni rad sastoji se od teorijskog i eksperimentalnog dijela. U uvodu teorijskog dijela rada nabrojene su i analizirane vrste korozije i ekonomski značaj korozije, te podjele korozije prema različitim kriterijima, također su prikazane različite metode zaštite metala od korozije. Opisani su premazi, njihove komponente, klasifikacija te priprema površine za njihovo nanošenje. U zasebnom poglavlju govori se o specifičnostima odabira sustava premaza za energetske transformatore. Prikazan je i postupak nanošenja premaza u praksi. Eksperimentalni dio sastoji se od mjerenja debljine prevlake, sjaja prevlake, hrapavosti površine te ispitivanje prionjivosti premaza nakon izlaganja različitim uvjetima. Provedeno je i ispitivanje postojanosti uzoraka na koroziju u slanoj i vlažnoj atmosferi.
Abstract
My final project consists of the theoretical and the experimental part. In the intruoduction of the theoretical part are analyzed the types of corrosion according to different criteria, and various methods of corrosion protection are also presented. Coatings, their components, classification and surface preparation for their application are described. A separate chapter deals with the specifities of the system selection for the energy transformers. The coating application procedure is presented in practice. The experimental part consists of measurement of coating thickness, gloss coating, surface roughness and coating adhesion test after exposure to different conditions. The test of the stability of corrosion samples in salty atmosphere and humid atmosphere was carried out.
