Abstract (Croatian)
U ovom radu proučene su metode ispitivanja prokaljivosti alatnih čelika. Nove metode ispitivanja uvode se zbog nedovoljne selektivnosti konvencionalnih metoda poput Jominy testa. Na temelju opisanih metoda u usporedbi sa Jominy metodom provedena je i dimenzionalna analiza pokusa čeonog gašenja nastrujavanjem stlačenog plina te su definirani odgovarajući kriteriji sličnosti. Eksperimentalni dio ispitivanja proveden je na ispitnim epruvetama visoko legiranog čelika X155CrVMo12-1 s variranjem parametara gašenja. Nakon ispitivanja kreirane su krivulje prokaljivosti te je određen utjecaj uvjeta ohlađivanja na zakaljivost i prokaljivost čelika. Na temelju rezultata predloženi su optimalni uvjeti ohlađivanja.
Abstract
In this undergraduate thesis a number of methods for hardenability determination was considered. New methods of analysis are introduced due to the poor selectivness of conventional means such as the Jominy test. Based on the procedures compared with the standard Jominy test, dimensional analysis of the high pressure gas quenching experiment was conducted in the thesis and corresponding criteria of similarity were defined. The experimental part of this thesis was conducted on test samples of high alloyed X155CrVMo12-1 steel with varying cooling parameters. After careful examination of samples, hardenability curves were formed and the influence of cooling on the steel hardenability was determined. Based on the results, optimal conditions of cooling were chosen.
