Osnovni zadatak ovog završnog rada bio je projekt sustava za umjeravanje mjerila negativnog tlaka uzimajući u obzir korekciju iz međulaboratorijske usporedbe EURAMET 1170. EURAMET 1170 je međulaboratorijska usporedba mjerenja negativnog tlaka u rasponu od -950 do 0 hPa provedena između 14 europskih nacionalnih laboratorija u kojem je sudjelovao i HMI/FSB-LPM laboratorij. U radu je opisan pojam tlaka i dat pregled mjerila tlaka. Pobliže je opisan princip rada tlačne vage te njene osnovne izvedbe. Nadalje, dat je pregled metoda i uputa za umjeravanje instrumenta za mjerenje tlaka te su opisani mogući načini umjeravanja mjerila negativnog tlaka. Eksperimentalni dio rada proveden je u HMI/FSB-LPM laboratoriju. U laboratoriju je sastavljena mjerna linija za umjeravanja mjerila negativnog tlaka i provedeno je umjeravanje kalibratora tlaka TL KAL 02. Umjeravanje u okviru ovog rada provedeno je prema DKD-R 6-1 smjernicama te je odabran tip C umjeravanja, a u proračun efektivnog tlaka uvedena je EURAMET 1170 korekcija. Proračun je proveden u programu Excel, a rezultati su prikazani tablično i grafički.

Abstract

The main task of this final paper was the project of a calibration system for negative pressure gauges, taking into account the correction from the EURAMET 1170 interlaboratory comparison. EURAMET 1170 is an interlaboratory comparison in the negative gauge pressure range from -950 to 0 hPa conducted among 14 European National Laboratories in which HMI/FSB-LPM laboratory had participated. The paper describes the concept of pressure and provides a description of pressure measuring instruments. The principle of the pressure balance and its basic performance are described more closely. Furthermore, a review of the methods and instructions for calibration of the pressure measurements is given. Possible ways of calibrating the negative pressure gauges are described. The experimental part of the work was carried out in the HMI/FSB-LPM laboratory. Measuring line for calibration of the negative pressure gauges was assembled and calibration of the TL KAL 02 pressure calibrator was performed. The calibration in this paper was carried out according to C type calibration from DKD-R 6-1 guidelines. The EURAMET 1170 correction was included in the calculation of effective pressure. The calculation was carried out in Excel and the results are presented in tables and graphs.
