Abstract (Croatian)

U sklopu ovog završnog rada izrađen je matematički model sinkronizacijskog sklopa te je implementiran unutar AVL CRUISE simulacijskog okruženja. Prvo je provedena analiza modela sinkronizacijskih sklopova poznatih u literaturi, te također onih danih u programskom paketu Amesim u kojem su provedene temeljne simulacije te analizirana kompleksnost pojedinog modela. Nadalje je iznesen detaljan opis procesa sinkronizacije, te je na osnovu njega razvijen matematički model sinkronizacijskog sklopa, uključujući elektromehanički aktuatorski mehanizam. Model je implementiran u programskom paketu AVL CRUISE korištenjem korisničke (UDM) komponente pisane u programskom jeziku C, te je uklopljen u postojeći model vozila s dvostrukom spojkom. Konačno, provedena je simulacija modela, te je temeljem simulacijskih rezultata analizirana dinamika uključivanja sinkronizacijskog sklopa u raznim karakterističnim fazama uključivanja.

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is development of a mathematical model of synchronizer and its implementation into AVL CRUISE simulation software. First, an analysis of synchronizer models known in literature is carried out, and also models given in simulation software Amesim are overviewed, simulated and analyzed including analysis of complexity of different model variants. Next, the synchronization process is described and a corresponding mathematical model is developed including submodel of an electromechanical actuator. The model is implemented in software AVL CRUISE using a user-defined mechanical component (UDM) written in the programming language C, and incorporated into an existing vehicle model based on an automatic transmission with dual-clutch transmission. Finally, simulation of the model is carried out and based on simulation responses the synchronizer dynamics are analyzed for various characteristic synchronization phases.
