Abstract (Croatian)
Tema ovog završnog rada je kvaliteta obrade pri rezanju laserom. U uvodnom dijelu opisan je proces laserskog rezanja te njegove varijante. U nastavku je prikazana podjela CNC strojeva za lasersko rezanje koja se temelji na vrsti aktivnog medija te je za svaku izvedbu opisan princip rada stroja. Zatim su obrađeni parametri laserskog rezanja te njihov utjecaj na kvalitetu reza. Eksperimentalni dio rada proveden je u Karlovcu u tvrtki Kontal d.o.o. gdje su izrezani uzorci od općeg konstrukcijskog čelika. Pomoću CO2 lasera SUPER TURBO-X 48 rezani su uzorci debljine 1, 2, 3, 4 i 5 mm, različitim parametrima obrade. Kvantifikacija uzoraka temeljila se na kvaliteti obrađene površine dobivene pri korištenju različitih posmičnih brzina i snaga lasera. Analizom rezultata utvrđeni su parametri kojima se ostvaruje najbolja kvaliteta reza.
Abstract
This paper describes laser cutting process and its variants. Specific characteristics of laser cutting CNC machines are described and classified with respect to the different laser types. Principles of operation for each specific laser type are also described. The laser cutting parameters and their impact on the quality of the cut have also been described. The experimental part of the work was done in Karlovac at Kontal d.o.o. where samples of non-alloy structural steel were cut. Samples with thickness 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 mm were cut using CO2 laser SUPER TURBO-X 48 with using different cutting parameters. Quantification of the samples was based on the quality of the obtained cutting surface. Results indicate the best results were achieved using feedrates in range from 1 to 3 m/min and laser power from 800 to 1300W
