Abstract (Croatian)

Tematika ovog završnog rada odnosi se na prikupljanje i analiziranje podataka prikupljenih od konkretnog autoprijevozničkog poduzeća s ciljem dobivanja jasne slike troškova uzrokovanih pojedinim značajkama vozila. U početnom dijelu rada pobliže je opisano samo poduzeće, njegova struktura i trenutno stanje. Nakon upoznavanja s poduzećem i problematikom s kojom se susreće, ukratko su opisane vrste mogućih troškova koji se pojavljuju u poduzećima koja se bave cestovnim transportom robe. Svakodnevna eksploatacija vozila može rezultirati pojavom ne planiranih kvarova i pratećih troškova popravka. U središnjem dijelu rada provedene su analize podataka, detaljnije su opisane vrste i frekvencija pojave pojedinih kvarova, kako bi se kvarovi što spremnije dočekali u vidu bržeg uklanjanja s ciljem efikasnijeg popunjavanja kapaciteta određene vozne jedinice. U završnom dijelu rada, ponuđeno je nekoliko prijedloga poboljšanja poslovanja, poput kreiranja aplikacije za lakši unos i spremanje podataka za daljnju analizu te opći zaključci o provedenom istraživanju i analizi.

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor’s thesis lays on the gathering and analysis of data collected from a specific transporting enterprise in order to obtain a clear picture of costs caused by particular features of the company’s vehicles. The initial part of the work gives an insight into the company itself, its structure and current state. After getting acquainted with the enterprise and its issues, types of possible costs that occur in every transporting company will be briefly described. As the vehicles get exploited on a daily basis, there is a big possibility that unplanned failures will occur resulting in unexpected repair costs. Further on, the analysis of data was performed, a bigger insight into the types and frequencies of certain failures was given, in order to make the company fully prepared to eliminate failures quicker. This results in a higher efficiency concerning the level of the capacity of the vehicles. In addition, several business improvements were presented, such as the digitalization of data collection through the creation of an application which allows the user to easily enter and save data for further analysis. Finally, general conclusions on the conducted research and analysis results were given.
