Abstract (Croatian)
U ovom radu napravljena je razrada, projektiranje i konstruiranje vatrogasnog robota za izviđanje u zatvorenim prostorima. Napravljena je analiza tržišta sa postojećim komercijalnim rješenjima i potrebama kupaca nakon čega je provedena evaluacija dobivenih informacija. Na temelju toga napravljena je funkcijska dekompozicija i morfološka matrica, te su pomoću njih predložena dva koncepta robota. Nakon toga je provedena analiza zahtjeva i vrednovanje koncepata te je odabran bolji koncept. Za odabran koncept izrađen je 3D model, tehnička dokumentacija i proračun. Ciljano tržište su profesionalne vatrogasne postrojbe i dobrovoljna vatrogasna društva.
Abstract
In this bachelor thesis elaboration and design of firefighter robot for investigation of enclosed space was made. Thesis deals with market analysis and existing solutions, as well as customer needs. Functional decomposition and morphological matrix were created, and two concepts of machine design were proposed. Thereafter, an analysis of the request was carried out, where we evaluated the concepts by the given criteria and selected a better concept. For the chosen concept, a 3D model, technical documentation and a required calculations have been made. Targeted markets are professional and volunteer fire departments.
