Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu konstruirani su Shell&Tube i pločasti vodom hlađeni kondenzatori za parametre zadane u programskom zadatku. Prilikom konstruiranja Shell&Tube izmjenjivača provedeni su termodinamički, hidraulički i proračun čvrstoće, dok su kod pločastog izmjenjivača provedeni termodinamički i hidraulički proračun. U radu su prikazani različiti izrazi za izračun koeficijenta prijelaza topline i pada tlaka tijekom potpune kondenzacije. Ti izrazi su zatim uspoređeni za zadane početne uvjete i s parametrima izračunatim tijekom konstruiranja izmjenjivača. Provedena je i financijska analiza kroz vremenski period, gdje su uspoređeni investicijski i pogonski troškovi za oba tipa izmjenjivača.

Abstract

In this paper, Shell&Tube and Plate water cooled condensers are designed for the parameters set in the program assignment. During the design od the Shell&Tube heat exhanger, thermodynamic, hydraulic and strengh calculations were performed, while a thermodynamic and hydraulic calculations were performed on the Plate heat exhanger. Different terms for calculating heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop during complete condensation are shown in this paper. These expressions are then compared for the default conditions and the parametres calculated during the desing of the heat exhangers. A financial analysis was conducted over a period of time, where the investment and operating cost were compared for both types of heat exhangers.
