Abstract (Croatian)
U ovom radu opisan je postupak pripreme i karakterizacije Charpyjevih ispitnih uzoraka s V-zarezom, koje se koriste za indirektnu provjeru uređaja za ispitivanje žilavosti Charpyjevom metodom sukladno HRN EN ISO 148; 2016. U svrhu provjere sukladnosti epruveta za ovaj postupak provedena je dimenzijska kontrola kako bi utvrdili jesu li epruvete unutar dopuštenih tolerancija odstupanja. Nakon toga na ispitnim epruvetama je napravljen V-zarez, te dimenzijska kontrola istoga. Ispitivanja su provodena na dva seta od po 15 epruveta različite vrste čelika. U zadnjem dijelu rada utvrđivan je kemijski sastav ispitnih uzoraka kao dodatna potvrda skupine žilavosti materijala u koju spadaju ispitni uzorci. Nakon provedbe udarnog rada loma na izrađenim epruvetama doneseni su odgovarajući zaključci.
Abstract
In this paper the procedure for preparation and characterization of Charpy V-notch test pieces used for indirect testing of toughness testing machines according to Charpy method in accordance with HRN EN ISO 148 is described. For the purpose of conformity check of the test pieces for this process, dimensional control was performed to determine whether the pieces were within tolerance limits. After that, a V-notch was made on the test pieces and a dimensional control of the notch was carried out. Tests were conducted on two sets containing 15 pieces of different types of steel. In the last part of the work, the chemical composition of the test pieces was determined as an additional confirmation of toughness of a specific material. After conducting the Charpy test on the appropriate samples, conclusions regarding this research were made.
