Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom završnom radu ukratko su razrađene portalne dizalice za radionice i manje pogone te je napravljen pregled područja primjene i tehničkih karakteristika portalnih dizalica. Nakon toga predloženo je nekoliko koncepata te na temelju zadanih projektnih parametara te tehnoloških mogućnosti, odabran je konačan koncept. Odabranom konceptu, portal dizalice izrađen je u zavarenoj i vijčanoj izvedbi. Zatim slijedi proračun i odabir mehanizma za podizanje i prijenos tereta kao i proračun čvrstoće i krutosti nosive konstrukcije s obzirom na zadani teret. Za obje izvedbe, zavarenu i vijčanu, proračunati su kritični spojevi te izrađena je tehnička dokumentacije. Tehnička dokumentacija izrađena je u programskom paketu PTC Creo.

Abstract

In this thesis, portal cranes for workshops and smaller factories are elaborated. At the beginning, an overview of the application area and the technical characteristics of portal cranes is made. After that several concepts are proposed, and based on the project parameters and technological possibilities, the final concept is chosen. The portal of chosen concept is made in welded and screwed version. Next, the calculations and selection of load lifting and transfer mechanisms are made. Also, the strength and stiffness of the crane portal design is verified. For both versions, welded and screwed, critical connections are checked with appropriate calculations and then technical documentation is produced. The technical documentation is created in the PTC Creo.
