Abstract (Croatian)

Tema završnog rada je pronalaženje alternativnog načina grijanja i hlađenja terasa ugostiteljskih objekata u gradu Zagrebu, s obzirom na to da se danas za tu svrhu koriste infra-crveni električni grijači i ventilatori za hlađenje. U radu su predloženi sustavi grijanja i hlađenja dizalicom topline zrak-zrak i sustav grijanja plinskim kombiniranim bojlerom, kao izvorom topline. Kod sustava dizalice topline zrak-zrak, u prostoriju bi se upuhivao zrak kroz konvektor koji bi se nalazio u nozi stola, te bi izravno grijao, odnosno hladio goste objekta. Također je predložena izvedba stola s potrebnom dokumentacijom. Sustav centralnog grijanja kao ogrjevni medij koristi vodu, koja bi se zagrijavala u plinskom kombiniranom bojleru. Ogrjevna tijela su ventilokonvektori koji bi se ugradili uz rub terase. Izrađena je analiza isplativosti za navedene sustave grijanja i hlađenja te je na njenoj osnovi određena najpovoljnija varijanta grijanja i hlađenja.

Abstract

The topic of final thesis is to find an alternative way of heating and cooling terraces of coffee bars in Zagreb, since infrared electric heaters and cooling fans are used for this purpose. In this thesis, cooling and heating systems are presented such as air to air heat pump and heating system with gas boiler as heat source. In air to air heat pump system, air would be blown through a convector, which would be placed in the leg of the table, and would directly cool or heat coffee bar guests. Construction of table with documentation is also presented in this thesis. In central heating system, water is used as heating medium, which is in turn heated in gas boiler. The heating bodies are convectors that would be installed along the edge of terrace. The cost benefit analysis for above mentioned heating and cooling systems has been performed, and on its basis, the most efficient way of heating and cooling is determined.
