Abstract (Croatian)

U okviru završnog rada bilo je potrebno projektirati izmjenjivač topline primjenom fluidiziranog sustava plin-krute čestice. Izmjenjivač topline izveden je kao fludizirani sustav zrak-kvarcni pijesak u koji je vertikalno uronjen cijevni snop. Kupka je izvedena za šaržni način rada. Fluidizirani sustav nalazi se u režimu mjehuraste fluidizacije, te je za poznatu geometriju izmjenjivača i poznate ulazne parametre struja određen je učin izmjenjivača topline i duljina cijevnog snopa. U rada su dane teorijske osnove hidrodinamike fluidiziranog sloja i prijenosa topline u fluidiziranom sloju, te proračun kolone za fluidizaciju. Priložen je sklopni i radionički crteži izmjenjivača topline.

Abstract

This bachelor' s degree thesis task was to design fluidized bed heat exchanger with air to solid particles emulsion. Heat exchanger is designed as fluidized bed system in which vertical tube bundle is immersed in air to quartz sand fluidized bed. Fluidized bed is constructed as batch process. Fluidized bed operates in bubbling fluidized bed regime, and for noted geometry of heat exchanger and input parameter heat capacity and tube bundle length are calculated. Bachelor's degree thesis contains dynamic and mass transfer theory of fluidized bed and design calculations of fluidisation chamber. In appendix, scheme and heat exchanger worksheet drawings are attached.
