Prijenosni mehanizam protupožarne zaklopke proizvod je tvrtke Klimaoprema d.d. S obzirom na to da je proizvod sklapan ručno, potrebno je osmisliti sustav za automatsku montažu. Proizvod je potrebno rastaviti na ugradbene elemente te svaki posebno analizirati. Temeljem analize dijelova dolazimo do saznanja o načinu sklapanja ugradbenih dijelova. Nakon proučenog načina sastavljanja ugradbenih dijelova određene su radne operacije kojima će se vršiti zadatak sklapanja. Prilikom projektiranja sustava bilo je važno održati omjer ekonomskih sredstava i potrebe za količinom proizvoda. Ponuđena su četiri moguća koncepta rješenja automatizacije montažnog procesa od kojih je jedan, prihvatljiv cijenom, detaljno razrađen. Odabrani su standardni elementi, odnosno uređaji sustava koji će izvršavati zadatak sklapanja. Za potrebe transporta ugradbenih dijelova tijekom vršenja radnih operacija, konstruiran je jedinstveni nosač proizvoda. U projektiranju sustava ostvareno je predviđeno vrijeme trajanja takta od željenih šezdeset sekundi. Osim same analize ugradbenih dijelova te odabira radnih operacija sklapanja i realizacije osmišljenog sustava u 3D okruženju, konstruirane su posebne hvataljke za svaki od pojedinih ugradbenih elemenata. Za svaku hvataljku napravljena je tehnička dokumentacija. Izvršena je simulacija sustava.

Abstract

The flameproof transmission system is manufactured by Klimaoprema d.d. Since the product is assembled manually, nessesety was to design an automatic assembly system. The product should be dismantled on the mounting elements and separately analyzed. Based on the analysis of the mounting elements we come to find out the way of assembling the parts. After learned mode of assembling the mounting elements, working operations that will take the task of assembling are determined. When designing the system it was important to maintain the ratio of economic resources and the need for quantity of products. There are four possible concepts for automation of the assembly process for this assignment, one of them which is chosen as the best possible and with acceptable price, is described in detail. The standard elements that will perform the assignment task are selected. For the purpose of transporting the assembly parts during the performance of the work operations, a unique product carrier is constructed. This system design provides desired sixty seconds tact duration. Besides the analysis of the mounting parts and the selection of the workings of the assembly and realization of the designed system in the 3D environment, special grips for each of the individual embedded elements have been constructed. Technical documentation was made for each grip. System simulation was performed.
