Pomoću sinus lineala i planparalelnih graničnih mjerki moguće je ostvariti male kutove kako bi se umjerile elektroničke i koincidentne libele visokih rezolucija. Ovdje točnost generiranja kuta uvelike ovisi o poznavanju konstante sinus lineala, duljini planparalelnih graničnih mjerki kao i o vještini mjeritelja prilikom izmjene planparalelnih graničnih mjerki. Cilj ovog rada je povećati točnost generiranja malog kuta kroz razvoj metode za mjerenje konstante sinus lineala te primjenu kutnog interferometra za mjerenje ostvarenog kuta. U prvom dijelu rada dan je teorijski pregled glavnih stavki koje čine mjerni sustav, a to su sinus lineal, planparalelne granične mjerke, laser i koincidentna libela, te je opisan način izračuna mjerne nesigurnosti kao važan podatak u prikazivanju rezultata mjerenja. U drugom dijelu rada prikazane su i opisane metode mjerenja konstante sinus lineala i način izmjene planparalelnih graničnih mjerki koja omogućuje primjenu kutnog interferometra. Provedeni su setovi ispitivanja koja prikazuju primjenjivost metoda. Na kraju je provedeno umjeravanje koincidentne libele upotrebom osmišljenog mjernog sustava.

Abstract

Sine bars and gauge blocks are used to calibrate electronic and coincidence levels of high resolution. The accuracy of the angle generation depends largely on determining the sine bar constant, the length of the gauge blocks as well as the skill of the measurer when exchanging the gauge blocks. The aim of this paper is to increase the accuracy of small angle generation through the development of a method for measuring the sine bar constant and the application of an angular interferometer to measure the angle obtained. The first part of the paper gives a theoretical overview of the main elements that makes the measurement system, namely the sine bar, gauge blocks, laser and coincidence level, and the method of estimation of uncertainty in measurements as an important data in the measurement results is described. The second part of the paper describes the method for measuring the sine bar constant and the method with which the gauge blocks are exchanged that allows the application of the angular interferometer. Sets of measurements were performed to demonstrate the applicability of the methods. In the end, calibration of the coincidence level was performed using the designed measuring system.
