Abstract (Croatian)
U ovom projektnom zadatku naglasak će biti na određivanju opružno-prigušnih karakteristika ovjesa vozila. Točnije, opružno-prigušne karakteristike vozila razmatrati će se za električno vozilo s pogonom na sva četiri kotača. Stoga će se na samom početku opisati i prikazati koncept vozila. Nadalje, u osnovnim crtama opisati će se funkcija i izvedbe opruga, amortizera i stabilizatora te mogući smještaj navedenih komponenti kod ovjesa s dvostrukim poprečnim ramenima. Detaljno će se razraditi i opisati proračun karakteristika svih navedenih komponenti, te dimenzioniranje istih. Također, dati će se primjer iz literature o utjecaju opružno-prigušnih karakteristika u karakterističnim situacijama u kojima se vozilo može naći, a naposljetku dobivene karakteristike provjerit će se kroz računalne simulacije dinamike vozila.
Abstract
In this Master thesis will be shown the procedure of calculating the spring and damping caracteristics of vehicle suspension. More precisley, spring and damping components of four wheel drive electric vehicle will be considered. Therefore, the concept of the vehicle will be described and presented in the beginning. Further, in the basic lines, the function of springs, dampers and stabilizers will be described and shown in possible position regarding double wishbone suspension. Calculation of components characteristics will be shown in details as well as dimensioning of the components. An example from the literature will be given, regarding the influence of the spring and damping characteristics in the situations in which the vehicle can be found. In the end, the obtained characteristics are checked through computer simulations of vehicle dynamics.
