Abstract (Croatian)
U teorijskom dijelu rada prikazana je osnovna podjela visokolegiranih nehrđajućih čelika te su opisane njihove specifičnosti i pripadajuća svojstva, a posebno su opisani austenitno-feritni (dupleks) čelici. Detaljno je obrađena mikrostruktura dupleks čelika te uloga pojedinih faza i legirnih elemenata. Opisana su svojstva dupleks čelika te je objašnjena problematika zavarivanja dupleks čelika. Navedene su praškom punjene žice te su na kraju opisani položaji u zavarivanju. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada definirana je tehnologija za zavarivanje sučeljenog spoja na limovima od dupleks čelika primjenom praškom punjene žice. Opisana je korištena robotska stanica i izvor struje za zavarivanje. Također, opisani su osnovni i dodatni materijal te su navedeni korišteni zaštitni plinovi. Definirana je V-priprema spoja te vertikalni položaj zavarivanja. Osmišljen je plan pokusa ispitivanja. Za ispitivanje navedene tehnologije, provedena su nerazorna i razorna ispitivanja te korozijska ispitivanja. Također, analizirana je mikrostruktura u području zone utjecaja topline i metala zavara.
Abstract
The theoretical part of this work presents basic division of high-alloyed steels with their specifications and associated properties, specifically austenitic-ferritic (duplex) steels. The microstructure of duplex stainless steel is described and the role of the individual phases and legacy elements are explained. The problems with welding of duplex steel are also explained. Further, flux cored wires are mentioned and in the end of theoretical part, the welding positions are described. In the experimental part of this work, the technology for welding butt joint of sheets metal of duplex steel with flux cored wire is defined. Used equipment, power source, base material, filler material and shielded gases are described. The V-joint preparation and welding position are also defined. The experiment plan is conceived. For testing defined technology, destructive and nondestructive and corrosion resistance testing are carried out. Also, the microstructure changes in heat affected zone and weld metal are analyzed.
