Abstract (Croatian)
Unutar ovog diplomskog rada formirano je stablo kriterija koje, koristeći AHP metodu, ima za cilj odrediti tehnologiju izrade. AHP metoda provodi se unutar softvera Expert Choice, a kao alternative pojavljuju se konvencionalne i aditivne tehnologije. Proizvod za koji je vršen odabir varijante izrade zupčanik je složenog oblika. Na temelju podataka o vremenima izrade, troškovima izrade, te različitim karakteristikama proizvoda provedena je AHP metoda, analizirani su i komentirani dobiveni rezultati. Jednako tako, napravljena je i „what-if“ analiza kako bi se moglo promatrati što se događa s promjenom važnosti kriterija. Nadalje, kroz ovaj diplomski rad objašnjen je pojam reinženjeringa, pojam višekriterijalnog odlučivanja, objašnjena je AHP metoda te je dan kratki uvid u osnove rada softvera Expert Choice. Jednako tako, čitatelja se upoznaje s aditivnim tehnologijama, kronološki je prikazan njihov povijesni razvoj, istaknuti su najbitniji povijesni događaji vezani uz aditivnu proizvodnju te je dan popis postojećih postupaka aditivne proizvodnje.tako, napravljena je i „what-if“ analiza kako bi se moglo promatrati što se događa s promjenom vaţnosti kriterija. Nadalje, kroz ovaj diplomski rad objašnjen je pojam reinţenjeringa,pojam višekriterijalnog odluĉivanja, objašnjena je AHP metoda te je dan kratki uvid u osnove rada softvera Expert Choice. Jednako tako, čitatelja se upoznaje s aditivnim tehnologijama, kronološki je prikazan njihov povijesni razvoj, istaknuti su najbitniji povijesni događaji vezani uz aditivnu proizvodnju te je dan popis postojećih postupaka aditivne proizvodnje.
Abstract
In this graduate thesis the criteria tree which aims to determine the technology of production was formed. That tree was base for AHP method which was implemented throught software Expert Choice. Conventional and additive technologies was set as alternatives. The product which was the target of determination of technology of production was complex shaped gear. Based on datas of production time, production costs and various product characteristic, AHP method was performed, the results were analyzed and commented. Likewise, the „what-if“ analysis has been made so thah we can observe what is going on with if the importance of criteria was changed. Furthermore, the terms of reingeenering, multi-criteria decision making and AHP method has been explained. Special attention is dedicated to Expert Choice for which are given the basics of working. Also, the reader is introducted to additive techonoliges, their historical develompent is chronologically presented, the most important historical events related to additive production are highlighted and a list of existing additive production methods are presented.
