Abstract (Croatian)

Ovaj završni rad opisuje pojmove digitalizacije, Industrije 4.0, Usluge 4.0, Interneta stvari, Interneta usluga, koncept pametnog stola te same trendove u uslužnim djelatnostima. U sklopu zadatka završnog rada bilo je potrebno objasniti i opisati kako se pojmovi i tehnologije koje su ključne u Industriji 4.0 i digitalizaciji mogu implementirati u ugostiteljstvu. Detaljno su objašnjeni pojmovi i primjene Industrije 4.0 i digitalizacije te su dani primjeri postojećih implementacija. Sama primjena tehnologija i trendova koje nalažu Industrija 4.0 i digitalizacija vrlo je izazovna. Kada se primjene tehnologije i principi rada digitalizacije i Industrije 4.0 sa svim popratnim procesima dobiva se koncept pametnog stola. Na samom početku rada obrađene su detaljno osnove Industrije 4.0, objasniti principi i alati Lean menadžmenta, sistematizirane i opisane digitalne tehnologije. U srednjem dijelu završnog rada govori se o konceptu pametnog stola i primjerima tehnologija koje se koriste u njemu. Također pojašnjeni su principi na koji način se uvode tehnologije Industrije 4.0 u ugostiteljske ustanove. Cilj svih tehnologija je transformacija ugostiteljskih ustanova, primarno kafića, u održive i efikasnije sustave s ciljem pružanja maksimalne usluge korisniku. Treći dio rada bavi se primjenom razrađenih teorijskih znanja na ugostiteljski objekt. Snimanjem procesa rada pametnog stola i uočenim problemima s kojima su suočeni, doneseni su zaključci i dani prijedlozi o poboljšanju procesa i tijeka rada, te analiza novog predloženog procesa. Također je dan uvid u pokrivanje troškova izrade i predviđani prihod u bliskoj budućnosti. Zaključak završnog rada je da Industrija 4.0 s popratnim alatima i digitalizacija imaju veliku ulogu u preobrazbi ugostiteljskih sustava. Potreba za implementacijom elemenata pametnog stola s ciljem prilagođavanja hrvatskog uslužnog sustava potrebama klijenata sveprisutno je stanje bilo kojeg ugostiteljskog objekta.

Abstract

This final paper describes digitization, Industry 4.0, Services 4.0, Internet of Things, Internet of Services, Smart Desk Concept, and Trends in Service Activities. As part of the final paper task, it was necessary to explain and describe how the concepts and technologies that are key in Industry 4.0 and digitization can be implemented in the service industry. The concepts and application of Industry 4.0 and digitization are explained in detail, and examples of existing implementations are given. The very application of technology and trends that Industry 4.0 requires and digitization is very challenging. When applying the technology and principles of digitization and Industry 4.0 with all the accompanying processes comes the concept of a smart desk. At the very beginning of the final paper was a detailed background of Industry 4.0, explained. The Lean management principles, tools and systems are systematized and described. In the middle section of the final paper, we talk about the concept of a smart desk and the examples of technologies used in it. The principles for introducing Industry 4.0 technology to service facilities are also explained. The goal of all technologies is to transform catering establishments, primarily coffee shops, into more sustainable and efficient systems to provide maximum customer service. The third part of the paper deals with elaborated theoretical knowledge of the catering facility. By capturing the smart table process and the problems encountered with it, conclusions and suggestions for improvement of the process and workflow were presented, as well as analysis of the new proposed process. There was also an insight into covering the cost of making and predicting revenue in the near future. The conclusion of the final paper is that Industry 4.0 with accompanying tools and digitization have a major role in the transformation of service systems. The need for the implementation of smart table elements with the aim of adapting the Croatian service system to the needs of clients is the ubiquity of any service facility.
