Abstract (Croatian)

Razvojem industrije i napretkom sveukupnog društva javlja se i potreba za razvojem novih tehnologija, odnosno poboljšavanje postojećih. Obrada odvajanjem čestica jedna je od najzastupljenijih metoda u proizvodnji nekog stroja. Daljnjom podjelom dolazimo do mnogih drugih, a bušenje materijala je upravo jedna od njih. PACVD (Plasma Assisted Chemical Vapor Deposition) trenutno je jedna od najmodernijih metoda nanošenja tankih tvrdih prevlaka na osnovni materijal. Najčešća primjena ove tehnologije je za nitriranje, boriranje, karbonitriranje i nitrokarburiranje alatnih čelika. Usporedbom nekoliko uzoraka na koje su nanesene razne kombinacije prevlaka ovom tehnologijom ispitat će se njihova otpornost na trošenje u jednakim uvjetima rada, utvrditi koja ima najbolju primjenu u povećanju površinske tvrdoće spiralnog svrdla i najduži eksploatacijski vijek trajanja. Rezultati su pokazali kako postoji razlika između ne prevučenih i prevučenih svrdala. Najveće trošenje rezne oštrice se javilo kod ne prevučenog svrdla, dok je najslabije trošenje rezne oštrice na svrdlu sa TiN/TiBN koje se prikazalo adekvatan izbor za ispitivane uvjete trošenja alata.

Abstract

With the development of industry and the progress of the overall society there is a need for the development of new technologies, such as improvement of existing ones. Partitioning is one of the most widely used techniques in creating a machine. By further division we come to many others, and drilling materials is just one of them. PACVD (Plasma Assisted Chemical Vapor Deposition) is currently one of the most modern methods for applying thin hard coatings to the base material. The most common application of this technology is for nitrating, boroning, carbonizing and nitrocarburizing of tool steel. By comparing several samples to which various combinations of coatings have been applied by this technology, their resistance to wear under equal conditions will be examined, to determine which is best applied in increasing the surface hardness of the spiral drill and the longest operating life. The results showed that there is a difference between non-coated and coated spindles. The highest wear of the cutting blade occurred with non-coated drill bits, while the worst wear of the TiN / TiBN cutting blade was found to be an adequate choice for the tested tool wear conditions.
