Abstract (Croatian)

Dozvoljene emisije štetnih tvari u ispušnim plinovima regulirane su Euro emisijskim razinama. Od rujna 2017. godine, prema zahtjevima Europske Komisije, ispitni postupci definirani su Uredbom 2017/1151. Kako bi se utvrdile emisije štetnih tvari potrebno je definirati postupak ispitivanja kako bi dobili što točnije rezultate. Emisije štetnih tvari, emisija CO2 i potrošnja goriva osobnih vozila određuju se prema WLTC (Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Cycle) ispitnom ciklusu koji se provodi u laboratorijskim uvjetima. Kako bi smanjili nesrazmjer emisija i potrošnje goriva određenih u laboratorijskim i stvarnim uvjetima, provodi se i određivanje emisija i potrošnje goriva vožnjom u stvarnim uvjetima vožnje RDE (Real driving emissions). Ispitivanje se provodi na točno definiranoj ruti kako bi se zadovoljili propisani uvjeti na rutu. Tema ovog rada je definiranje odgovarajuće rute na području grada Zagreba na kojoj bi se provodilo ispitivanje prijenosnim sustavom za mjerenje emisija PEMS (Portable emission measuring systems) i izrada alata kojim se ispituje ispravnost snimljene rute. U prvom dijelu rada opisani su uvjeti rute koje je potrebno zadovoljiti i način na koji se snimaju, prikupljaju i provjeravaju podaci vožnje. U drugom dijelu rada predloženo je nekoliko potencijalnih ruta i analiza dobivenih podataka rute u izrađenom alatu za analizu snimljenih podataka.

Abstract

Allowed vehicle emissions of exhaust gases are regulated by Euro emissions standards. Since September 2017, according to the requirements of the European Commission, test procedures have been defined by Regulation 2017/1151. For determination of vehicle emissions it is necessary to define the test procedure to obtain the real driving conditions. Vehicle emissions, CO2 emissions and fuel consumption are determined according to the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Cycle (WLTC), a test procedure which is conducted under laboratory conditions. To reduce the disproportion between emissions and fuel consumption determined in laboratory and real conditions, it is necessary to determinate emissions and fuel consumption by driving in real driving conditions (RDE). Determination of vehicle emissions is conducted on precisely defined route. This thesis presents route definition on the Zagreb area for testing with Portable emission measurement systems (PEMS) and creating a data analysis tool. The first part of the thesis describes route requirements and how to record and analyze data. The second part of the thesis presents several potential routes and analysis of the obtained route data in the data analysis tool.
