Abstract (Croatian)
Suvremeno proizvodno strojarstvo zahtijeva znanja iz područja tehnologije, automatizacije i organizacije proizvodnje, te znanja iz područja znanosti o metalima. U tehnologiji proizvodnje, u skupini tehnologija obrade i prerade metala, značajno mjesto pripada obradi i oblikovanju metala deformiranjem. To je zajednički naziv grupe metoda izrade ili prerade proizvoda ili poluproizvoda zasnovanih na plastičnoj deformaciji metala. No, suvremenu se proizvodnju danas ne može zamisliti bez upotrebe strojeva. Kako bi se moglo što kvalitetnije proizvoditi, potrebni su što bolji i kvalitetniji strojevi. Proizvodnja takvih strojeva nužno zahtijeva prethodnu temeljitu studiju, proračun i konstrukciju za svaki specifičan slučaj. Strojevi za oblikovanje metala deformiranjem imaju veliku važnost u gospodarstvu jer se pomoću njih ekonomično proizvode masivni i teško opterećeni dijelovi različitih strojeva kao i pretežiti dio metalnih dijelova i elemenata robe široke potrošnje male mase. Razvoj tehnologije i opreme za oblikovanje metala deformiranjem, kako u metalurškim tako i u metaloprerađivačkim poduzećima, zahtijeva šira teoretska istraživanja potvrđena eksperimentalnim rezultatima. Iz toga razloga potrebna je što kvalitetnija edukacija o principu i načinu na koji rade strojevi predviđeni za oblikovanje metala deformiranjem. U radu je konstruiran edukacijski model jednog od vrlo široko upotrebljavanih strojeva za oblikovanje deformiranjem – vijčane tarne preše.
Abstract
Modern manufacturing technology requires knowledge of technology, automation and manufacturing organizations, and knowledge in the field of metal science. In manufacturing technology, in the group of metal processing and processing technology, a significant place belongs to the processing and shaping of metal deformations. It is the common name of a group of methods of manufacturing or processing products or semi-products based on plastic deformation of metals. No, today's production can not be imagined without the use of machines. In order to produce better quality, better and better machines are needed. Production of such machines necessarily requires a thorough study, budget and construction for each specific case. Metal deformation molding machines are of great importance in the economy because they use economically to produce massive and heavily loaded parts of different machines as well as take over part of the metal parts and elements of low-weight clothing. The development of technology and equipment for the formation of metal deformations, both in metallurgical and metallurgical enterprises, requires wider theoretical research confirmed by experimental results. For this reason, it is necessary to have earlier education about the principle and the way machines are designed to form metal deformation. This graduate thesis presents an educational model of one of the very widely used deformation molding machines – friction screw presses.
