Abstract (Croatian)
Ovim radom obrađen je modificirani postupak MAG robotiziranog zavarivanja pod nazivom D–Arc i njegova primjena za zavarivanje debelostjenih konstrukcija. Nadalje, objašnjeni su načini prijenosa metala kod konvencionalnih postupaka, kao i kod D–Arc postupka koji primjenjuje zakopani električni luk i pripada kategoriji visokoučinskog zavarivanja. Analizirane su pojave u takvoj vrsti luka te je napravljena detaljna analiza pojava koje se javljaju u takvom luku. U radu je navedena sva oprema robotskih stanica.U eksperimentalnom dijelu napravljena je usporedba postupka D–Arc i konvencionalnog MAG zavarivanja. Također, definirana je tehnologija izrade kutnog spoja od osnovnog materijala čelika S355 debljine stijenke od 20 mm. U svrhu detaljnijeg upoznavanja s relativno novom tehnologijom D–Arc postupka, napravljena je usporedba procesa izrade kutnog spoja s konvencionalnim MAG postupkom. Analizirani su uvjeti pripreme, uneseni parametri, sam proces zavarivanja i na kraju je napravljena ekonomska analiza te definirana prikladnost D–Arc postupka za zavarivanje debelostjenih konstrukcija
Abstract
This thesis includes research about modified MAG robotic welding procedure called D–Arc and its application for welding thick metal plates and constructions. Further the methods of metal transfers in conventional MAG welding are described as well the buried arc which is applied in D–Arc welding process. D–Arc process belongs to the category of high efficient welding. The phenomenon in the buried arc were also explained in details. Equipment of robotic unit is listed and explained also.In the experimental part, a comparision between D–Arc and convencional MAG welding was performed. Also, the welding technology of "T" weld with steel S355 as base material with thickness of 20 mm is defined. For a more detailed specifications of the relatively new D–Arc technology a comparison of whole process of creating a "T" weld with MAG process was performed. Parameters such as preparation conditions, input parameters of welding were compared and the economic analysis was performed to determinate applicability of D–Arc process for welding a thick metal plates
