Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu obrađena je problematika upravljanja nepovratnim ventilima i njihova uloga u energetskim i procesnim postrojenjima. Nepovratni ventili su osnovna mjera zaštite ostalih komponenata cjevovoda kao što su pumpe i drugi ventili u izvanrednim uvjetima rada, a za svaki cjevovod je potrebno pravilno odabrati nepovratni ventil zbog brojnih funkcija koje imaju u cjevovodu. Zato su opisani osnovni tipovi nepovratnih ventila i njihova najvažnija svojstva. U nastavku su opisani načini upravljanja nepovratnim ventilima pomoću aktuatora čime se poboljšava karakteristika rada ventila, a potrebni su u složenijim sustavima za smanjenje intenziteta hidrauličkih udara i količine povratnog strujanja. Izrađen je matematički model dinamike nepovratnog leptir ventila s utegom i hidrauličkim amortizerom te model kompresibilnog jednodimenzijskog strujanja vode u cjevovodu kako bi se analiziralo strujanje u uvjetima nagle obustave pogona pumpe. Matematički model je simuliran u programu SIMULINK za različite geometrije i konfiguracije cjevovoda.

Abstract

This paper discusses check valve actuation and their function in energy and process plants. Check valves are primary used for protection of pipelines and other components in a pipeline, such as pumps and other valves and for every pipeline it is necessary to select a proper check valve that can function correctly in specific pipeline. For that purpose this paper presents basic types of check valves and their properties. Furthermore, check valve actuation systems are described, which improve check valve performance and are necessary in complex systems for reducing hydraulic shock and fluid backflow. Derivation of mathematical model of butterfly tilted disc check valve with weight and lever and hydraulic damper is presented coupled with one - dimensional compressible water flow model to analyze water flow in sudden pump stoppage conditions. Mathematical model is simulated in SIMULINK software for a variety of pipeline geometries and configurations.
