Abstract (Croatian)

Ovaj rad u svom teoretskom dijelu detaljno opisuje način proizvodnje oklopnih čelika visoke tvrdoće te značajke i postupke zavarivanja koji su korišteni u eksperimentalnom dijelu. Opisana je i robotska stanica na kojoj je provedeno zavarivanje uzoraka. U ekperimentalnom dijelu rada provedeno je MAG zavarivanje uzoraka izrađenih od čelika ARMOX 440T, te ispitivanje izvedenih zavara nerazornim i razornim metodama. Od nerazornih metoda provedena je vizualna provjera uzoraka, ispitivanje magnetnim česticama i rendgensko snimanje, a od razornih metoda provedeno je ispitivanje makrouzoraka, ispitivanje savijanjem, te statičko vlačno ispitivanje. Nakon ispitivanja provedena je analiza dobivenih rezultata te je na temelju rezultata donesen zaključak.

Abstract

In the theoretical part of the thesis manufacturing and properties of high hardness armor steels, and welding procedures used in experimental part are described in detail. The robotic cell used for welding of samples was also described. In the experimental part MAG welding of ARMOX 44T steel samples was performed and also non-destructive and destructive testing of welded samples was conducted. Non-destructive testing conducted includes visual inspection of samples, magnetic particle testing and x-ray. Macroscopic examination, bending test, and static tensile testing were performed as part of destructive testing. After the examination, the analysis of the obtained results was carried out and based on the results the conclusion was made.
