Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu je napravljena numerička analiza čvrstoće konstrukcije krila solarne bespilotne letjelice metodom konačnih elemenata u programu Abaqus/Standard. U drugom poglavlju je prikazan CAD model konstrukcije krila, opisani su materijali konstrukcije krila i solarnih panela te materijali baterija. Baterije su razmatrane u dvije verzije, kao multifunkcionalni element integriran u konstrukciju krila te baterije neovisne o konstrukciji krila. Prilikom odabira načina izvođenja pojedinih elemenata konstrukcija vodilo se računa o tehnologiji proizvodnje. U trećem poglavlju su dobivene osnovne karakteristike letjelice pri penjanju te pomoću njih aerodinamičko opterećenje na krilo letjelice pri udaru vjetra. U četvrtom poglavlju je prikazana priprema numeričkog modela konstrukcije krila letjelice za analizu čvrstoće metodom konačnih elemenata u programu Abaqus/Standard. U petom poglavlju su prikazani rezultati te je naposljetku dan zaključak na osnovi dobivenih rezultata o integraciji baterija u konstrukciju krila letjelice.

Abstract

In this thesis, a numerical analysis of a solar-powered unmanned aerial vehicle wing structure using finite element method and software package Abaqus/Standard was performed. In the second chapter, the CAD model of the UAV was presented, wing structure and solar panel materials were described, as well as battery composition. Batteries were investigated in two versions, as a multifunctional element integrated into wing structure and as batteries independent of the wing structure. In the third chapter, the basic characteristics of the aircraft during the climb were calculated and the aerodynamic load on the aircraft wing in the event of gust was subsequently predicted. In the fourth chapter, the preparation of aircraft wing structure numerical model for structural analysis using finite element method and Abaqus/Standard software package was presented. In the fifth chapter, the results were discussed and the conclusion on integration of battery pack into the wing structure was given.
