Abstract (Croatian)
U ovom diplomskog radu projektirana je i konstrukcijski razrađena okretaljka za zavarivanje. Uz konstrukcijski dio, u radu je stavljen naglasak na analizu razvoja proizvoda. Provedeni su proračuni bitnih komponenti konstrukcije, a 3D model konstrukcije izrađen je u Autodesk Inventor Professional 2016 programu. Pomoću 3D modela u istom programu izrađena je sva tehnička dokumentacija. Okretaljke su specijalni pomoćni strojevi za posluživanje strojeva za varenje kao što su nosač automata za zavarivanje i portal. Okretaljke koristimo kod zavarivanja okruglih i konusnih dijelova raznih promjera i dužina. Uvijek dolaze u paru u kojem je jedna pogonska a druga slobodna jedinka.
Abstract
The aim of this work is to design and develop rotating device for welding. In the work analysis of product development is stressed, just as construction part. Calculation of essential components of the structure have been done, as well as the 3D model of the structure, which is made in the program Autodesk Inventor Professional 2016. Using 3D model in the same program all technical documents are made.Rotating device is an auxiliary device for running welding machines such as Column & Boom and Portal. Rotating device is used at welding of round and cone pieces of different diameters and length. They always appear in pairs where one is a driven and the other is idler unit.
