Abstract (Croatian)
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je rekonstrukcija postojećeg amonijačnog rashladnog postrojenja za hlađenje vode koja se koristi za potrebe hlađenja u industriji mlijeka. Zbog postojećih nedostataka postrojenja, planira se zamjena bazena ledene vode, odnosno banke leda s potopljenim Linde-ovim tipom isparivača i radnom tvari amonijakom R717. Novo postrojenje bilo bi izvedeno na način da se ulazna voda na pločastim izmjenjivačima topline prethlađuje te se potom odvodi dalje u akumulacijski silos s bankom leda na dodatno hlađenje do zahtijevane temperature. U ovom radu analizirana je potrošnja rashladne energije postojećeg i novog postrojenja te su prikazani proračun punjenja amonijaka i termodinamički proračun novih pločastih isparivača za prethlađivanje vode. Na kraju rada, prikazani su izvedena shema spajanja i automatske regulacije te dispozicijski crtež rashladnog sustava.
Abstract
Theme of this master thesis is reconstruction of existing ammonia cooling power plant which is used for cooling purposes in milk industry. Because of the existing power plant deficiencies, old ice water tank with Linde type evaporator and refrigerant R717 will be replaced with heat pre-exchangers and new ice water silo tank. Inlet water will be precooled on heat exchangers and subsequently guided to ice water silo tank where it will be additionally cooled to required temperatures. In this thesis consumption of cooling energy of existing and new power plant is analysed. Thermodynamic calculations of necessary quantity of ammonia and new heat evaporators for water precooling are calculated. In the end of this thesis, scheme of the connection diagrams and the automatic regulation, as well as the disposition drawing of the cooling system are attached.
