Abstract (Croatian)

U sklopu diplomskog rada opisana je primjena mlaznog termokompresora - ejektora u jednostupanjskom uparivaču mlijeka za proizvodnju jogurta. Ejektor se u proces uvodi radi termokompresije supare. Također je opisana i teorijska podloga principa rada ejektora. U nastavku rada provedena su i detaljno analizirana tri različita tipa proračuna ejektora prema literaturi. Prema odabranom proračunu dimenzioniran je ejektor za postojeću uparnu stanicu. Za tako dimenzionirani ejektor, provedena je analiza promjene stupnja upijanja za različite temperaturne režime isparivanja i kondenzacije. Na kraju je izrađen sklopni crtež ejektora.

Abstract

In this graduate thesis, application of steam jet ejectors used in milk evaporators is described. Ejectors are used in evaporation process to compress vapor. Theoretical background of ejector work principles is given. Furthermore, ejector dimensions are derived by using three different calculation methods. Analysis and comparison of calculation methods is also conducted. Final ejector dimensions are derived according to the chosen calculation method for existing evaporation plant. Variaton of the entrainment ratio values depending on the variaton in temperature regimes is also analyzed. The thesis contains an assembly drawing of ejector.
